PhotoSourceBANK - A major feature on the PhotoSource
International website:
PhotoSourceGROUP an on-line store of photographer's photo for lease to the
publishing industry.
The PhotoSource BANK provides a directory of photographers,
with complete contact information and electronic access, plus specific text
descriptions of their photos and specialty areas. Using the powerful PhotoSourceBANK
search features, a photobuyer can find a photographer in seconds who has coverage
of their needed subject area. The buyer then contacts the photographer directly,
and using phone, fax and either light box or traditional delivery methods,
makes the transaction. This is a practical, cost-effective promotional channel
available to photographers. Photographers receive 100% of each sale.
PhotoSourceGROUP
The PhotoSourceGROUP is the newest innovation at PhotoSource International.
Stock photographer members wishing to upload their eligible digital images
to the GROUP are able to capitalize on overnight direct download. The photographers
receive 75% of the sale which are paid for through major charge cards. Photographers
are also able to sell quality prints of their work through PSI partner, Reed
PhotoImaging in Denver, CO.
PhotoSourceFOLIO
This feature on the PhotoSource International website serves
as an exhibit area. An extension of the PhotoSourceBank,
participating PhotoSourceFolio photographers each
display six representative images. A prospective photobuyer can quickly see
firsthand the photographer's unique vision, technique, and expertise. For
photographers, using their personal PhotoSourceFolio
page can avoid delays in sending samples and/or sell sheets to a photobuyer,
and thus speed up a sale.
