Submission Samples

These were sent to Scholastic (Alan Gottlieb) for a listing a while back. They were
looking for pics of "forensic kits". Nothing of what they wanted was available and
Alan and I e-mailed back and forth and I offered to shoot these for them on spec.
Since I had the forensic equipment already and the knowledge of forensics to build the
kits (and take out things they originally wanted in the kits that didn't belong
there as well as explain to them why some things shouldn't be in the various
kits etc). They needed three different "kits" and ended up selecting three of
these images. Payment ended up being $175 per image for one-time usage, up to
50,000 copies of the book etc.

So, looking at the listings and really knowing your subjects pays off!

E-mail before submitting
If you have these specific images, post a selection of quality thumbnails (no more than 6 for each subject) and e-mail the lightbox where it can be viewed. Allow the lightbox to remain available for at least one month. In the subject area of your e-mail, use the word, PhotoSource. Sample digital scans will be accepted via e-mail if lightbox is not available.
