DOMAIN NAME

Q. How do I obtain the rights to a domain name? A. You can now check domain name availability and register a domain name on-line on the Web. For a list of domain name registrars, with links to their registration sites, visit http://www.icann.org. The basic registration rule is "first come, first served." If you apply to register a name and it has not been registered as a domain name, you'll generally get the name.
