Affiliations: Morton Beebe- a past president of San Francisco ASMP and currently a national ASMP board member. Becoming the 39th person to reach the South Pole, he produced a photographic series that ended up in National Geographic, Life, Paris Match and Stern. He returned to Antarctica thirty years later. After founding the Image Bank West in 1975 he moved his 7,000 images collection to Corbis Images in 1995. He has published several books, including the successful pictorial essay, San Francisco and Cascadia, a Tale of Two Cities, Seattle and Vancouver, British Columbia.
